Shipping is available to all U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Deliveries to U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require additional transit time.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and transferred to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days for orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time.

Orders placed after this cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.


Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within an estimated 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Deliveries are made to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Orders are shipped primarily via USPS or other reputable U.S. shipping carriers, depending on destination and availability.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours after dispatch.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to shipment.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


Missing or Delayed Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Please check with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contact the carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation.

We will assist in working with the carrier to resolve confirmed delivery issues.


Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and the affected item.

  • Contact support@purecartly.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Retain all packaging materials until further instructions are provided.
