Refund policy

At Purecartly, we want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. If you need to return a product, we offer a 30-day return period starting from the date your order is delivered.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@purecartly.com. We will review your request and provide step-by-step return instructions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned with all original components and packaging

  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse

If a manufacturer seal is present, it must remain intact unless the return is related to a defect.

Free Return Shipping

Purecartly offers free return shipping for approved returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Process

  1. Contact support within 30 days of delivery

  2. Receive return authorization and instructions

  3. Repack the item securely

  4. Use the prepaid return label provided

  5. Ship the item

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and are issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to appear.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We recommend contacting us within 48 hours for faster assistance.

In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Purecartly.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive within two days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
If the carrier confirms the package as lost, you may choose either a replacement or a full refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
